This is a republished article from 1924. The first part is discusses a camp of 300 children aged between two and eight years old and who attend day school. In this camp, the activities are “a mixture of Froebelian and Montessorian” principles. The children share everyday life, in particular their meals. A second part concerns “cooking at school.” Two small texts present culinary activities in several nursery schools for children from five to seven years.
