N2  - Following a year of regular unprotected intercourse with his partner, and without achieving pregnancy, Mr. L. turned to his general practitioner. A semen analysis was carried out and no spermatozoa was found. After being referred to a male infertility specialist, the patient underwent a second test and a comprehensive assessment of his azoospermia. The azoospermia was confirmed and the genetic investigation revealed aneuploidy; Après un an de rapports sexuels réguliers et non protégés avec sa partenaire, et en l’absence de grossesse, Mr L. consulte son médecin traitant. Un spermogramme est alors réalisé et aucun spermatozoïde n’est retrouvé. Après avoir été adressé à un spécialiste de l’infertilité masculine, le patient effectue un examen de contrôle et un bilan exploratoire complet de son azoospermie.
