<br/><br/> Public televisions channels have been in existence for 40 years in Martinique. They are now well established, and endeavour to establish relationships with partners, especially with the closest ones in a geographical sense. The challenges are concentrated at different levels: language, technology, standards of development, procedures for exchanges, costs. The issues must be faced if one is achieve meaningful communication in the Caribbean.
