<br/><br/> This article is the result of participatory research conducted at IRTS Lorraine with social work students and people with disabilities. It therefore offers a reflective and historical analysis of the epistemological, social, and political issues arising from the dialogue and confrontation of scientific and experiential knowledge, with a view to producing scientific knowledge.  Cet article fait suite à une recherche participative conduite à l’Institut régional du travail social de Lorraine avec des étudiants en travail social et des personnes en situation de handicap. Il propose, par conséquent, une analyse réflexive et historique sur les enjeux épistémologiques, sociaux et politiques résultant du dialogue et de la confrontation des savoirs, scientifiques et expérientiels, à des fins de production de connaissances scientifiques.
