    <subfield code="a">This article explores the motivations and implications of introducing play into the workplace, based on an analytical model structured around two dimensions: the actors involved (supervisor or subordinate) and the legality of the game&#x2019;s introduction (licit or illicit). This framework allows for the examination of four distinct combinations, ranging from productivity improvement to the regulation of professional tensions. The article challenges the idea of play as a mere supportive tool, instead positioning it as a diagnostic lever for professional relationships. By crossing two axes &#x2013; productivity improvement/regulation and governance/resilience &#x2013; the study introduces the G.A.M.E.R. model, which facilitates the analysis of the respective positions of the supervisor and the subordinate. Ce cadre permet d&#x2019;examiner quatre combinaisons distinctes, allant de l&#x2019;am&#xE9;lioration de la productivit&#xE9; &#xE0; la r&#xE9;gulation des tensions professionnelles. L&#x2019;article remet en question l&#x2019;id&#xE9;e du jeu comme simple outil d&#x2019;accompagnement pour en faire un levier de diagnostic des relations professionnelles. En croisant deux axes &#x2013; am&#xE9;lioration/r&#xE9;gulation de la productivit&#xE9; et gouvernance/r&#xE9;silience &#x2013; l&#x2019;&#xE9;tude d&#xE9;veloppe le mod&#xE8;le G.A.M.E.R., facilitant l&#x2019;analyse des positions respectives du superviseur et du subordonn&#xE9;.
