N2  - Notre contribution concerne les liens entre le comportement citoyen interorganisationnel (CCI) et la performance adaptative territoriale (PAT) au sein des associations en France et en Suisse Romande. Cette recherche a ainsi permis d’approfondir l’état de la recherche en sciences de gestion sur l’impact d’une émotion positive, et notamment du CCI qui est adaptée aux spécificités de l’économie sociale et solidaire (ESS), en intégrant la dimension territoriale. De plus, notre étude de cas permet d’établir la nature des relations entre le CCI et la PAT en vue de spécifier les capacités de changement dans le cadre de la Responsabilité Sociale Territoriale (RST), elle-même issue de la Responsabilité Sociale des Organisations (RSO). Le concept de Gouvernance émotionnelle territoriale (GET) émerge des travaux; Our contribution concerns the links between inter-organizational citizenship behavior (ICB) and territorial adaptive performance (TAP) within associations in France and French-speaking Switzerland. This research has thus made it possible to deepen the state of research in management sciences on the impact of positive collective emotion, and of ICB, which has been adapted to the specificities of the social economy (SSE), by integrating the notion of territory. In addition, our case study enables us to establish the nature of these relationships between the ICB and the TAP to specify its capacity for change within the framework of Territorial Social Responsibility (TSR), an offshoot of Organizational Social Responsibility (OSR). The concept of Territorial Emotional Governance (TEG) emerges from our work; Nuestra contribución se refiere a los vínculos entre el comportamiento cívico interorganizativo (CCI) y el rendimiento territorial adaptativo (RTA) en las asociaciones de Francia y la Suiza francófona. Esta investigación ha permitido profundizar en el estado de la investigación en ciencias de la gestión sobre el impacto de una emoción positiva, y en particular del CCI adaptado a las especificidades de la economía social y solidaria (ESS), integrando la dimensión territorial. Además, nuestro estudio de caso permite establecer la naturaleza de las relaciones entre la CTI y el PAT con vistas a especificar las capacidades de cambio en el marco de la Responsabilidad Social Territorial (RST), a su vez derivada de la Responsabilidad Social de las Organizaciones (RSO). De este trabajo se desprende el concepto de Gobernanza Emocional Territorial (GET)
