<br/><br/> La mort du patient est pour l’analyste une épreuve toujours, un traumatisme parfois. Traumatisme fait de révolte, de culpabilité, d’impuissance. Ce texte d’ouverture à la discussion après deux communications profondément émouvantes aborde la difficulté pour l’analyste à renoncer à ses illusions de puissance, et de se soumettre à la réalité du destin mortel commun, au prix de renoncements à certains piliers de son cadre habituel de travail.  The death of the patient is always an ordeal for the analyst, and sometimes a traumatic experience involving a sense of revolt, guilt and helplessness. This text, aimed at opening up the discussion after two deeply moving communications, looks at the difficulty for the analyst in renouncing his illusions of power, and of submitting to the reality of common mortal destiny, at the price of renouncing certain pillars of his or her usual working framework.  La muerte del paciente siempre pone a prueba al analista, y a veces constituye un traumatismo. Traumatismo hecho de rabia, de culpabilidad, de impotencia. Este texto que abre la discusión luego de dos comunicaciones profundamente emotivas trata lo dificultoso que es para el analista renunciar a sus ilusiones de poder, y someterse a la realidad común del destino de los mortales, debiendo renunciar a ciertos pilares del encuadre habitual de trabajo.
