Care for suicidal psychopaths begins by assessing the urgency of the situation, a crucial stage in working out how to correctly refer patients who present a continual risk of committing a violent act or of manipulative behavior. Psychiatric hospitalization requires specific arrangements, and care providers must receive special training in how to deal with these difficult patients who put care teams at high risk of adopting negative counter-attitudes; Aparentada con los estados límite y caracterizándose por el paso al acto, la psicopatía comporta un riesgo de suicidio creciente frente a la acumulacón de numerosos facores de isgo ylaimpulsiidad inherente a esta organización de la personalidad. El seguimiento del psicópata con tendcias suicdas pasa po una evaluación en las urgencias, etapa crucial para orientar estos pacientes con un riesgo permanente de paso al acto heteroagresivo o de intento de maniplación.
