A case of paraganglioma located in the thoraco-axillary region

<br/><br/> Paragangliomas are essentially adrenal neuroendocrine tumors. The most common extra-adrenal localizations involve the cervical and mediastinal region. Treatment consists of immediate surgical resection, often accompanied by medical follow-up. In this article, we present a review of the literature and report an atypical case of paraganglioma located in the axillary region which is, to our knowledge, the first documented case.
