PY - 2023///. N1 - 62 N2 - The restocking of health care products is carried out by supplementing the allocation according to a predefined schedule. Outside of these orders, departments make urgent requests, the number of which continues to rise. Are these urgent requests always justified? A non-interventional, single-center prospective study was carried out in 5 departments over 2 periods of 21 days, between which corrective actions were implemented. The number of urgent request lines decreased from 462 to 300 and their justification rate increased from 37% to 60%. This was linked to the action plan put in place, which focused on 5 key areas: staff allocation review, standardized medicines storage, training paramedical staff in the proper use of the software, customized ordering guidelines displayed in each treatment room, and institutional training on best practices in medication management. These measures have had a positive quantitative and qualitative impact on urgent requests UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-journal-de-pharmacie-clinique-2023-3-page-125?lang=en ER -
