Our article states various ethical issues of ecopoetics in situation, by putting them to the test of texts by Jules Verne, Édouard Glissant, Sony Labou Tansi, Nancy Huston and Pierre Bergounioux. To avoid a moralistic point of view, we have favored an inductive approach which starts from literary texts rather than from theoretical principles, as well as a collective writing process. This approach allowed us to identify five ethical issues of ecopoetics from the texts that we had collected: the requirement for truth, the inextricable link between human beings and the places which they inhabit, the importance of sensitive writing, the concreteness of language and the coexistence of places and imaginations, which cannot go without their co-resistance.
