N2  - Dans le cadre d’un travail de thèse, nous avons modélisé un dispositif « itinérance hors les murs » qui consiste à proposer des sorties hebdomadaires en psychiatrie, ici auprès de jeunes patients accompagnés en Centre Médico-Psychologique. Il sera ainsi question de comprendre comment l’itinérance reconfigure le cadre de la rencontre clinique, en mettant en lumière les processus en jeu, ainsi que la place et la fonction des thérapeutes dans un cadre-dispositif non plus statique, mais en mouvement, engageant un processus de co-construction et de redéfinition des limites; As part of a doctoral research project, we developed a model for a "strolling outside the walls" approach, involving weekly outings in psychiatry, in this case to young patients in a Medical and Psychological Center. The aim is to understand how strolling reconfigures the setting for clinical encounters, highlighting the processes at play, as well as the place and function of therapists in a setting-disposition that is no longer static, but in motion, engaging in a process of co-construction and redefinition of limits
