The findings reveal divergent attitudes characterised by mistrust, pride in business advisors, concerns about confidentiality, and the influence of informal networks. External advice is often limited to post-action use and constrained by a tension between organisational flexibility and inertia. In this context, trust and relational proximity emerge as essential levers for overcoming socio-cultural barriers and enhancing the role of consulting in preventing business failures.</subfield>

L&#x2019;&#xE9;tude identifie des attitudes diff&#xE9;renci&#xE9;es, marqu&#xE9;es par la m&#xE9;fiance, l&#x2019;orgueil de cr&#xE9;ation, la confidentialit&#xE9; et le poids des r&#xE9;seaux informels. Le conseil externe se trouve ainsi limit&#xE9; par un recours post-action, et d&#x2019;une contradiction entre flexibilit&#xE9; et inertie organisationnelle. Dans ce contexte, la confiance et la proximit&#xE9; relationnelle apparaissent comme des leviers essentiels pour d&#xE9;passer les freins socioculturels et renforcer l&#x2019;utilit&#xE9; du conseil dans la pr&#xE9;vention des d&#xE9;faillances.</subfield>
