<br/><br/> Russia’s military operations in Syria have allowed Moscow to be seen as a credible strategic and political player in the whole MENA region. The perceived confusion in Western policies has undeniably helped Moscow. Russia is now actively promoting its strategic and economic interests in the region, but the evolution and entrenchment of its regional presence raises many questions.
