<br/><br/> Claude Tresmontant fut un métaphysicien chrétien original, enraciné dans la pensée hébraïque et engagé dans un dialogue rigoureux entre foi, science et philosophie. Il opposa un réalisme émerveillé aux courants idéalistes ou subjectivistes de son temps. Sa pensée s’inscrit dans une recherche exigeante de la vérité du Réel.  Claude Tresmontant was a unique Christian metaphysician, rooted in Hebrew thought and committed to a rigorous dialogue between faith, science, and philosophy. He opposed idealism and subjectivism with a joyful realism open to truth. His work embodies an exacting search for the meaning of the Real.
