L’infirmier référent est un repère pour le malade aliéné par sa pathologie, et un interlocuteur pour la famille et l’encourage.  According to french psychoanalytic thérapeutic community mouvement called institutional psychotherapy, the concept of referent nurse aims to involve the patient in his care as a partner of his treatment. The réfèrent nurse acts as a landmark for the patient while he is alienated by his pathology. He is a interlocutor for the patient’s entourage and for his family.
