<br/><br/> This work suggests taking a step back from the notion of employability. It deconstructs the concept by highlighting the excesses of its contemporary use and calls attention to the hostile attitude of institutions toward a concept diverted exclusively to the benefit of their performance. We therefore suggest viewing employability through the lens of self-efficacy in order to restore its human dimension.
