N2  - Based on a clinical study of a case of sexual delinquancy, the authors analyse the perverse stakes involved in the fetishisation of the victim which offers a reflection of an infantile masculine image, appended to an unrealized sexual identity. The cathexis of this infantile masculine entity in a relation of control tends to mask the flagrant lack of psychic work on the oedipal position. The perverse adjustments which result and which are detected in the Rorschach production, try, in this situation, to avoid the fracture of the self and the threat of psychic death which clinical work cannot ignore
