Shentoub in 1958 until the present, the latest version dating from July 2001. Through the presentation of different forms of the score sheet, the author emphasizes the necessary and permanent intrication between advances in theoretico-clinical research and the evolution of the methodological tool which has become indispensable to practitioners using the T.A.T
