The inclusion of disabled workers within organizations: A systematic literature review - 2024.

32

The research presented here is an international systematic literature review (SLR) on the subject of the organizational inclusion of workers with disabilities. Based on the selection of thirty-two research papers resulting from a systematic analysis of three databases, the SLR identified several variables related to inclusion, such as organizational practices, organizational support, organizational culture and climate, anti-discrimination measures, the existence of leadership that promotes inclusion, and person-job fit. Papers were selected using a methodology specific to SLR. They were then prioritized and analyzed in relation to the underlying academic literature. In this way, the research carried out highlighted key variables linked to the organizational inclusion of persons with disabilities in an academic context where studies are either rare or univariate, but also in a professional context where the unemployment rate for persons with disabilities is double the average. Finally, the research analyzed shows how these variables can be of interest to executive managers or human resources managers when implementing an adapted HR policy.
