<br/><br/> This paper examines the work of Christophe Schmitt, specifically his most recent book, Nouvelles perspectives en entrepreneuriat. Du modèle du télégraphe au modèle de l’orchestre (2020), in order to highlight the psychoanalytic underpinning of the concepts and theories that he draws on. These influences are in fact utilized with the motivation of revitalizing entrepreneurship research, which subsequently transforms from a linear process to a complex process, one capable of grasping the dynamics of the communicating and interacting components within the framework of entrepreneurial situations.
