(Re)discovering otherness in order to work together better: A topical issue

The question of relationships with others, which is to say that of intersubjectivity, is particularly important in the contemporary context, particularly in terms of the ability to work well with the Other in organizations. In providing an account of the way in which otherness challenges us in the world of work, by highlighting both current difficulties and possible responses, the present study seeks to identify a new field of management research. Both entrepreneurial action and the physiology of action advocate the role of putting things into practice in order to develop intersubjectivity: in action and through action, thus participating in the co-constitution of oneself and the other (singular or plural). From this perspective, at the stage of higher education, the objective is to identify the main questions that need to be asked in order to (re)learn or develop otherness. The challenge is to better prepare for professional integration.
