<br/><br/> In this article, the author reflects on the psychological suffering of their colleagues during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on a clinical observation, the antecedents, the symptoms, and the psychopathological consequences of health professionals’ suffering are underlined. Then, therapeutic ideas are proposed to improve their well-being.
