    <subfield code="a">Cet article explore la convergence entre pratiques d&#x2019;entraide num&#xE9;riques et gestion de crise en d&#xE9;veloppant une conceptualisation de la communication de crise vernaculaire. Pour cela, nous menons une analyse des conversations publi&#xE9;es sur des groupes Facebook et Reddit o&#xF9; des personnes s&#x2019;organisent face &#xE0; des enjeux de logement. Notre analyse montre quels types d&#x2019;actes de langage sont r&#xE9;guli&#xE8;rement pr&#xE9;sents dans les demandes d&#x2019;aide et leurs r&#xE9;ponses. Ces pratiques communicationnelles &#xE9;tablissent que la demande formul&#xE9;e est importante et que la personne qui la formule se d&#xE9;peint comme victime de la situation. Elles illustrent plus largement une co-construction de discours qui normalise la crise du logement et le recours &#xE0; l&#x2019;entraide.</subfield>

    <subfield code="a">&#x202A;This article explores the convergence between digital mutual aid practices and crisis management by developing a conceptualization of vernacular crisis communication. To this end, we analyze conversations posted on Facebook and Reddit groups where people organize themselves in response to housing issues. Our analysis reveals the types of speech acts that are regularly present in requests for help and their responses. These communication practices establish that the request is significant and that the person making it portrays themselves as a victim of the situation. More broadly, they illustrate a co-construction of discourse that normalizes the housing crisis and the recourse to mutual aid.&#x202A;</subfield>
