<br/><br/> Le C2 (Commandement et contrôle) des opérations militaires est un enjeu fort au plus haut niveau de l’État. L’accroissement des données disponibles et le numérique bouleversent la chaîne de décision et accélèrent le tempo des opérations. L’irruption de l’Intelligence artificielle (IA) et l’automatisation des systèmes d’armes obligent à réfléchir aux nouveaux processus décisionnels avec des évolutions juridiques nécessaires.  Command and control (C2) of military operations presents a major challenge at the highest level of the state. Digital technology and the increased amount of data available are forcing change in the decisional chain and accelerating the tempo of operations. The sudden emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and the automation of weapon systems compel us to consider new decisional processes along with legal developments necessary to them.
