<br/><br/> This empirical research was aimed to analyze the relationship between the use of ICTs and the innovation of industrial MSMEs of the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. Firstly, the two scales used in this study were subjected to a second order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) through the method of maximum likelihood, having both reliability and validity. The results obtained through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) from a sample of 288 industrial MSMEs allow us to infer that there is sufficient empirical evidence that the use of ICTs has a positive and significant influence in the innovation of these kinds of Firms.
