In fact, I can not conceive any organization that leaves out any of these links, so it is necessary to deepen a theme that consistently eludes or does not address them in public, but indisputably must be recognized in everyday practice, it is thus unavoidable in order to penetrate the complexity and uncertainty surrounding any organization of any type and level, therefore it is a prerequisite for making the right decisions, and assuming the consequences and responsibilities
