N1 - 63 N2 - This article aims to define the organizational loyalty of volunteers and its limits. It is based on an exploratory study concerning two associations with a common social mission: Artisans of the World and the Red Cross. Twenty-two semi-structured interviews were conducted, which revealed three dimensions of organizational loyalty and its specific limits. We then classified volunteers based on the identified profiles of loyal volunteers.
