<br/><br/> Classifying the FSRU in the port of Le Havre as a ship is neither obvious, because the definition of the ship is functional, nor a rigorous application of legal logic. It is explained by the wish of the state to avoid the application of the ICPE regime to this unit, whereas the ICPE classification seemed the most appropriate.
