<br/><br/> Depuis 2010, la cathédrale d’Amiens fait l’objet de plusieurs projets de recherche étroitement liés à l’imagerie numérique (lasergrammétrie et photogrammétrie). L’apport des nouvelles technologies pour la compréhension architecturale de la cathédrale est indéniable et ouvre la voie à de nouvelles thématiques de recherche. Cependant, les dimensions extrêmement importantes du monument et le tissu urbain environnant constituent de réelles contraintes dans l’emploi de ces outils. Dans cette contribution, nous décrirons ainsi le processus de réflexion et la méthode de photogrammétrie mise en place afin de l’adapter aux problématiques archéologiques que soulève un monument aussi important que la cathédrale d’Amiens.  Since 2010, the Cathedral of Amiens has been the subject of many research projects in relation to digital imagery (lasergrammetry and photogrammetry). The application of new technologies for the architectural understanding of the cathedral is undeniable, and it permits to study some new research themes. However, the gigantic size of the monument and the dense surrounding urban fabric make the use of these tools more complicated. In this paper, we will describe the thinking process and the photogrammetry method implemented to suit archeological problematics raised by an immense building as the Cathedral of Amiens.
