N2  - Over the past ten years, the European social dialogue has evolved a great deal, at least if we consider its procedural nature. First, the implementation of social accords has led to the adoption of three negotiated pieces of legislation. Second, this on-going development is leading to truly autonomous agreements between the social partners (excluding the European Commission and the European Council).
