Deindustrialization is an old phenomenon provoked by mutations as regards competitiveness-cost, the quality of products and consumer expectations in the constantly moving context of international relations. In more recent times company responsibilities and their management acquire a prime position that explain the phenomenon and France constitutes almost an exception regarding the intensity of the changes that affect internationalization and the extraversion of firms in the financialization of company capital, be it in the passing of entire sectors under effective foreign control or the productive withdrawal of industrial groups, situations often worsened by public policies.
