<br/><br/> La reconstitution des familles des élites bordelaises a permis de montrer les évolutions et les permanences de leurs comportements démographiques entre la fin du XVIIe siècle et le déclenchement de la Révolution française. On observe une grande diversité des pratiques, bien que cette population soit socialement assez homogène, avec notamment le rôle pionnier de la noblesse dans la limitation des naissances.  We made a reconstruction of the families of the elite of Bordeaux to study the evolutions and permanences of their demographic behaviours between the end of the 17th century and the beginning of French Revolution. Although this population is socially rather homogeneous, there is an important diversity in their behaviours, with in particular the pioneer role of the nobility in the birth-control.
