L’imaginaire comme ouverture fonde une éthique de la formation conçue comme rencontre créatrice et accompagnement du sujet en formation vers la reconnaissance de l’inconscient qui l’habite.  Imagery and connection with knowledge in training Training implies a subjective mutation the one being trained meets from a kind of desire to know and a refusal to know. The imagery as an opening founds a training ethics elaborated as a creative meeting and accompaniment of the trainee towards self-recognition of his unconscious.
