Elle peut aider le praticien à différentes étapes de la préparation du traitement : délinéation, planification dosimétrique, contrôle qualité de l’irradiation ou prédiction de réponse au traitement avec la radiomique. D’autres utilisations sont en cours de développement, notamment grâce aux technologies de radiothérapie adaptative; As for many other medical specialties, artificial intelligence has a number of applications in the field of radiation oncology. Artificial intelligence may help the physician at different steps of treatment preparation: delineation, dosimetric planning, quality control of irradiation or prediction of treatment response using radiomics.
