<br/><br/> Résuméla Confirmation forme avec la Baptême et l’Eucharistie un des trois sacrements de l’initiation chrétienne pour la religion catholique. À travers le cheminement d’une adolescente en psychothérapie, la notion du rite est remise en question dans son articulation avec le processus d’adolescence. D’une part, la Confirmation exerce une fonction symbolique par la référence à l’Esprit Saint avec des gestes et des paroles qui inscrivent le sujet adolescent dans une communauté. Elle marque une évolution dans la foi. Elle permet une certaine appropriation de la subjectivation adolescente dans les questionnements autour de l’identité, du paradoxe mort-vie. Elle favorise la filiation par la différence des générations, elle apporte un étayage par les représentants qui transmettent un héritage, elle propose de nouvelles responsabilités. D’autre part, elle ne prend pas en compte les transformations de la puberté comme intégration du corps sexué dans la différence des sexes et elle semble rester dans le registre de l’idéalisation.  The sacrament of Confirmation is one of the three sacraments together with the Christening and the Eucharist which builds the Christian initiation in the Catholic Church. This was the concern of a young teenager who went for psychoanalysis and it occurred that the religious Rite was actually questioned in its interaction with the process of young adulthood. On one hand, the Confirmation can be seen as a symbolic act because of the reference to the Holy Spirit and in the fact that it includes some special gestures and words which will allow the confirmed to be integrated into the Christian community. This marks a maturation of the Christian faith. It allows the Confirmed to make its own appropriation of the questions of life, death and find his (or her) identity. It also marks the position of the confirmed in relation with his (or her) forefathers. It brings a support by the representatives of the same faith who are passing this inheritance. This sacrament can also bring new responsibilities.On the other hand, it does not take into account the physical transformations in the teenager who has to integrate his or her gender. After all, it seems that it is set in ideal world.  ResumenLa Confirmación, forma conjuntamente que el bautizo y la eucaristía uno de los tres sacramentos de la iniciación cristiana para la religión católica. A través de los caminos de un adolescente en psicoterapia, la noción de rito es interrogada en su articulación con el proceso adolescente. De una parte, la Confirmación ejerce una función simbólica por la referencia al espíritu santo con los gestos y las palabras que inscriben al sujeto adolescente en una comunidad. Ella marca una evolución en la fé. Ella permite una cierta apropiación de la subjetivacion adolescente en los cuestionamientos alrededor de la identidad, de la paradoja de la vida y la muerte. Ella favorita la filiación por la diferencia de generaciones, ella aporta un sostén para los representantes quienes transmiten una herencia. Ella propone nuevas responsabilidades. De otro lado ella no considera las trasformaciones de la pubertad como integración de un cuerpo sexual y ella parece quedarse en un registro de la idealización.
