N2  - RésuméLa victime n’est pas le sujet. Cette assertion vive est développée à partir de deux situations cliniques : l’une concerne une maladie grave, l’autre un abus sexuel. La compassion et l’identification massive sont notamment repérées dans leur effet de délaissement du sujet.Le silence consécutif à l’expérience traumatisante est associé à l’irruption brutale du Réel, il est également envisagé dans une dimension socio-historique. Enfin la mise en exil de l’intime (R. Gori et M.-J. Del Volgo) et la pratique du debriefing sont confrontées aux risques d’atteinte narcissique renouvelés; A victim is not a subject. This bold statement is developed from two clinical situations : one concerning a serious illness, the other, sexual abuse. Compassion and a large scale of identification are notably present in the effect of the subject’s abandonment. The subsequent silence of traumatising experience is associated with a brutal interruption of the Real, it is also addressed through a socio-historic optic. Finally, the exile of the intimate (R. Gori and M.-J. Del Volgo) and the practice of debriefing are set against the risk of renewed narcissistic attack
