<br/><br/> Nous étayant sur une situation clinique et les travaux de Freud et d’autres auteurs, en particulier Fédida, nous envisageons la problématique hypocondriaque, différenciée de la mélancolie et de la paranoïa, à partir des altérations de la constitution de l’hallucination négative, de la fonction du rêve et du travail de deuil, et de la construction du souvenir. Des mécanismes archaïques, tels l’incorporation, le clivage narcissique, la projection intrapsychique, et la contrainte de pensée, sont dominants face à des menaces de décomposition, et d’annihilation par le transfert (qui s’incarne selon des modalités spécifiques), tout en produisant une puissante fantasmatique parthénogénétique auto-conservatrice, associée à un faux self-gémellaire, idéalisé et persécutif.  Considering clinical situations and Freud’s and others authors works, particularly Fédida, we develop the hypocondriac problematic, in contrast with melancholy and paranoïa, from alterations of the constitution of negative hallucination, of the function of the dream and the work of mouronner, and the construction of the memory. Primary mechanisms, such the incorporation, the narcissistic splitting, the intra-psychic projection, and the thought’constraint are dominating in front of threats of decomposition, and annihilation by the transferential process (which is acting according specifics modes), producing a powerful parthenogenetic and self-conservative fantaisie, linked with an idealized and persecutor twin false Self.
