<br/><br/> Les auteurs questionnent la pertinence des mutations institutionnelles en regard du mal-être des adolescents et des familles accueillis en « Point Ecoute ». Ils montrent en quoi, dans un contexte de passages à l’acte, une approche visant à la constitution d’espaces contenants et conteneurs est plus que nécessaire. Ils mettent en évidence ce que les nouvelles formes d’organisations et de management, établis sur le modèle appelé de « l’auberge espagnole », ont comme effet désorganisateur dans les pratiques cliniques.  The authors question the relevance of the institutional transfers (transformations) compared to the ill-being of the teenagers and the families welcomed in “Point Ecoute”. They show in what, in a context of acting out, an approach aiming at the constitution of spaces packagings and containers is more than necessity. They highlight what the new forms of organizations and management, established on the model called by “the shared student house (potluck meal)”, have for disorganizing effect in the clinical.
