N2  - RésuméLa surprise en thérapie familiale et en formation ne serait-elle pas cette expérience de « se surprendre à voir autrement », de « se surprendre à avoir changé » ? Cet article insiste sur l’importance, en formation comme en thérapie, de créer des contextes où l’implication émotionnelle sollicitée favorise l’émergence d’un changement. Ce changement sera souvent inattendu. Cet effet-surprise est bien plus ressenti que pensé car il s’agit d’une expérience émotionnelle profondément liée au vécu corporel; Would the surprise in family therapy and in training be the experience of being surprised to see differently the world? This article stresses the importance of creating, during training as during therapy, contexts where the emotional implication is called for, allowing change to emerge. This change will often be a surprise with unexpected effects, enlarging the possibilities. This surprising effect is more felt than thought because it is an emotional experience deeply related to body experience
