N2  - L’essor considérable des recherches et des techniques biologiques, médicales ou génétiques et leurs effets sur l’homme, ont multiplié les risques d’atteintes aux droits fondamentaux de la personne. Partie d’une simple réflexion morale, la bioéthique s’est désormais haussée au rang de véritable norme. Et si la normativité du domaine de la bioéthique ne soulève désormais aucun doute, celle-ci demeure cependant inachevée. Partout dans le monde, l’œuvre prétorienne tend à supplanter le mutisme volontaire ou non du législateur. Pour aussi passionnée et houleuse que peut l’être cette question, elle ne déteindra point sur notre propos aujourd’hui, car elle dépasse largement le thème assigné. Car il nous appartiendra uniquement dans le cadre de cette communication de dresser le panorama normatif de la bioéthique à l’échelle internationale et nationale; Mapping bioethics: national & international standardsDraconian growth in terms of research and biological, medical or genetic techniques and their substantial impacts on humans have increased the risk of harming fundamental human rights. To counterbalance these threats, bioethics emerged as a new and genuine norm whereas it was initially a mere moral reflection. While the normativity of bioethics does not raise any doubt now, it is still noteworthy to underline that it has not yet reached completion. Hence, all around the world, courts are inclined to supplant the deliberate or unintentional legislature’s silence. This issue is definitely a burning and controversial one but it goes far beyond the assigned topic of this paper. Currently, it is incumbent upon us to shed light on a significant part of the normative panorama of bioethics both at the international and national levels
