N2  - This article explores the theorization of the pubertal sublimation conceived by Philippe Gutton with regard to the analysis of the care of a fourteen year-old girl at the beginning of her treatment. The aim is to show how, after certain risky behaviors (anorexia. scarification) and several chaotic episodes in her relationships, a homosexual object choice which played out in transference turned out to be the salvation of this young girl
