N2  - Dans le prolongement du rapport interministériel IGJ/CGEDD « une justice pour l’environnement » et de la loi du 24 décembre 2020 créant des pôles spécialisés pour les atteintes à l’environnement compétents en matière pénale mais aussi civile, les auteurs interrogent l’efficience de notre droit de la responsabilité face à la crise écologique systémique qui touche le climat et la biodiversité. Bouleversant les catégories existantes, elle appelle non seulement à renouveler la pensée dans ce domaine et surtout les solutions qui doivent être envisagées et mises en place.
