N2  - Tel qu'il est conçu par les procureurs américains, le procès des magistrats nazis (5 mars - 4 décembre 1947) veut mettre en accusation l'ensemble de l'appareil juridico-administratif d'application de la « loi » nazie dans un régime totalitaire. Au nom des principes fondamentaux du droit international, le tribunal juge le processus décisionnel qui cache « le poignard de l'assassin sous la robe du juriste ». À cette occasion, le crime de génocide apparaît pour la première fois dans les motifs d'une décision à portée internationale; As devised by the American prosecutors, the Judges' Trial (5 March - 4 December 1947) sought to charge the entire legal and administrative system with applying Nazi « law » in a totalitarian régime. In the name of the fundamental principles of international law, the Tribunal judged the decision-making process that concealed « the dagger of the assassin beneath the robe of the jurist ». On this occasion, the crime of genocide appeared for the first time in the reasoning of a decision from international magnitude
