Does this bisexuality achieve an accommodation of the masculine and the feminine, a happy androgyny of the soul, or does it reveal, on the contrary, a cleavage, a permanent inner tension that is the source of unbearable psychological conflict? Is it a continuous enjoyment, an inner peace that allows one to embrace the entire world, or an unspeakable suffering in the face of incessant choices? Young people are evolving in a society where gender norms are constantly being questioned, in a growing movement of rejection of gender roles and stereotypes: they may feel free to explore relationships that are not limited by traditional expectations; La bisexualité ressentie et ouvertement mise en acte chez de nombreux adolescents semble être devenue d’une extrême banalité. Cette bisexualité réalise-t-elle une accommodation du masculin et du féminin, une heureuse androgynie de l’âme, ou révèle-t-elle, au contraire, un clivage, une tension intérieure permanente source d’un insupportable conflit psychique ? Est-elle une jouissance continue, une quiétude intérieure qui permet d’embrasser la terre entière, ou une souffrance indicible face à des choix incessants ? Ces jeunes évoluent dans une société où les normes de genre sont en constante interrogation, dans un mouvement croissant de rejet des rôles sexués et des stéréotypes : ils peuvent se sentir plus libres d’explorer des relations qui ne sont pas limitées par des attentes traditionnelles
