N2  - À travers l’étude clinique d’un patient psychotique inscrit dans la chronicité, l’auteure montre combien, quand la solution délirante vient à manquer, une régression comportementale spectaculaire peut se mettre en place. Elle questionne également la manière dont la répétition qui est alors à l’œuvre, avec une alternance de moments de symbiose désorganisante et d’autres de régression intense, témoigne de la résistance au changement tant la séparation est risquée. Face à cette régression comportementale, l’institution, lieu d’expression de la répétition, est mise à l’épreuve dans un vécu d’impuissance. Pourtant, parce qu’elle est vécue en groupe, partagée, distillée, dans un espace et un temps singuliers, cette répétition n’a pas la même tonalité. L’auteure montre qu’en offrant un cadre fiable et constant, l’institution, elle-même confrontée à sa propre répétition, permettra une maturation et une circulation de la pensée pour elle-même, puis pour le patient, jusqu’à un certain point néanmoins; Through the clinical study of a psychotic patient caught up in a chronicity, the author demonstrates how, when the delirious solution is no longer possible, a spectacular behavioral regression can take place. The author demonstrates how, with a secure and constant setting, the institution, confronted to its own repetition, will help mature and distill the thought for itself, and then the patient.
