N2  - Comment l’observation peut-elle apporter quelque chose de « nouveau » dans la recherche clinique et dans la relation du sujet au lien social ? Telle est la préoccupation que nous tenterons d’élaborer.Nous partirons de l’observation sociale afin de montrer que la non-prise en compte de l’impossible dans le récit de l’observation peut très vite s’avérer délétère pour le sujet.C’est le cas que nous décrirons d’une adolescente dans ce passage difficile de la famille à la société. La mise en perspective de ce rapport entre « observation sociale » et « clinique de l’observation » vient alors pointer les limites d’une observation glissant vers l’ évaluation et le contrôle; Is there compatibility between social and clinical policy of the subject ?How the observation can bring anything new in the clinical research and in the relation of the subject to the social link ? Such is the concern which we shall try to elaborate.We shall leave the social observation to show that the non-consideration of the impossible in the narrative of the observation, can very fast turn out noxious for the subject.It is the case which we shall describe of a teenager in this difficult passage of the family to the society. The stake in prospect of this relationship enters « social observation » and « private clinical observation » then comes to stick the limits of an observation sliding towards the evaluation and the control
