<br/><br/> La psychanalyse, dans son acte et sa responsabilité, a le devoir de prendre en compte la civilisation qu’elle traverse et les transformations de notre actualité. Ces mutations sont ici questionnées dans leurs soubassements, mais aussi à travers leurs répercussions sur les formes de souffrance ainsi que leur mode de traitement. L’auteur montre qu’il n’est pas suffisant de penser notre modernité en termes de déclin. Son approche se distancie de toute logique déficitaire et rend sa complexité à ce qui fait malaise dans la « Kultur », malaise chronique du fait de l’incomplétude au cœur de l’humain, à la base du rapport à l’autre et aux objets du monde.  It is part of the act and responsibility of psychoanalysis to take the cultural aspects of its time and their transformations into account. This article examines the foundations of these changes, but also their impact on today’s forms of psychic suffering and forms of treatment for them. The author shows that it is not enough to think about our present time in terms of a decline. Her approach distances itself from all kinds of reasoning based on deficit and instead emphasizes the complex nature of the discontents in our “Kultur”, a chronic malady that has to do with the incompleteness at the heart of the human condition, which forms the basis of our relationship to the other and the world’s objects.
