N2  - L’objectif de cet article est de nourrir l’actuelle réflexion, au croisement des champs de la psychanalyse et de la psychosociologie, sur la nécessité d’une approche créative et participative, médiatisée par des objets culturels, dans les institutions et en particulier celles dont le principal projet est la socialisation des jeunes générations. Ce texte prend appui sur l’expérience clinique d’un dispositif d’intervention et de soin dans un collège francilien, et met au cœur du propos une situation clinique pour peu qu’elle permette de montrer comment l’usage des médiations (photos, jeux, écritures…) dans des petits groupes réunissant à chaque fois une petite dizaine d’adolescents, permet d’aborder et de comprendre la rencontre, pour ne pas dire le choc, des problématiques adolescentes avec les problématiques institutionnelles; The aim of this article is to nourish current thinking, at the intersection of the fields of psychoanalysis and psychosociology, on the need for a creative and participative approach, mediatized by cultural objects, in institutions, and particularly in those institutions whose main project is the socialization of the young generations.This text draws on the clinical experience of an intervention and care team in a junior secondary school in the Ile-de-France region, while focusing particularly on a clinical situation in so far as it shows how the use of mediations (photos, games, writings, etc.) in small groups of up to ten adolescents makes it possible to approach and understand the encounter, not to say the shock, between adolescent issues and institutional issues
