<br/><br/> Agnès Wilhelm, Pratique de l’intervention en institution et topologie lacanienne Nos dispositifs d’intervention, issus d’un courant inspiré de la psychothérapie institutionnelle, se fondent sur des groupes et la parole subjective. Comment nos dispositifs peuvent-ils s’inscrire, s’articuler au mode organisationnel devenu prévalent, qui promeut les protocoles préconçus et restreint les temps d’élaboration groupale ? Dans ce contexte de changement de fond, de délitement des équipes et de leur tâche analysante, ne devons-nous pas repenser notre mode d’intervention ? Est-il toujours pertinent de maintenir nos distinctions entre Analyse des pratiques cliniques ( app) et Analyse institutionnelle (ou Régulation) ? La bipartition des modes d’intervention et la franche ligne de démarcation, qui nous a été transmise comme un principe fondamental, est-elle toujours adaptée aux situations institutionnelles que nous rencontrons ? La topologie, utilisée par Lacan pour saisir la complexité psychique, nous permet de concevoir nos dispositifs d’une façon nouvelle.  Our intervention settings, which stem from a current inspired by institutional psychotherapy, are based on groups and subjective speech. How can such settings fit in with the prevailing organisational model, which promotes preconceived protocols and restricts time for group discussion? In this context of fundamental change, of the disintegration of teams and their task of analysis, should we not rethink our mode of intervention? Is it still relevant to maintain our distinctions between Analysis of Clinical Practices ( cpa) and Institutional Analysis (or Regulation)? Is the bipartition of modes of intervention and the clear dividing line, which has been handed down to us as a fundamental principle, still appropriate to the institutional situations we encounter? Topology, used by Lacan to understand psychic complexity, enables us to think about our settings a new way.
